Which accounting software do you use?

We work in Xero as the central financial system, integrate Square for point-of-sale and payments, and use Deputy for rostering and timesheets that feed directly into payroll. Xero is the only accounting and payroll platform we run in, but we can support whatever POS or payroll system you already use.

We work with small and medium businesses of every kind across Australia, including hospitality, trades and construction, retail and e-commerce, health and allied health, and professional and service businesses.

Do you lodge my BAS or give tax advice?

No. Reconciled Story provides bookkeeping services only and does not provide BAS, GST, or tax advice. We prepare clean, coded, BAS-ready financial data and hand it to your registered BAS agent or accountant, who handles lodgement and compliance.

How much does a bookkeeper cost in Adelaide?

Our weekly plans start from $99/week for sole traders (Essentials) and range up to $449/week for established businesses (Premium). All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST. Xero, Square, and Deputy setup and historical cleanup are quoted separately.
